A midweek a menu consisting of local produce that includes a choice between four seasonal appetisers, a choice of five main dishes and four dessert options. Water and wine or a soft drink and coffee are included. (25€ per person incl. VAT)
On Friday nights and at the weekend, the offering consists of an à la carte menu of signature cuisine. Alternatively, leave it up to the chef to create a selection from the menu.
For gourmands wishing to sample a selection of dishes, choose the gastronomic itinerary consisting of an appetiser and seven courses (65€ per person incl. VAT). Alternatively, if your preference is more in line with la Vella Farga’s commitment to wellbeing, a healthy alternative is available, with a choice of five dishes designed to care for your waistline (45€ per person including VAT).
